ABOUT THE COURSE

The course consists of 32 hours (four weeks).

The course will be conducted on Saturdays and on Sundays (four hours on Saturday afternoon and four hours on Sunday morning).

 

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is designed for school principals and senior teachers. The aim of the course is to improve quality and effectiveness of school management by introducing contemporary Western methods of educational administration, as well as providing practical assistance in the field of communication in the workplace, staff development, management and teaching.
